wit beyond measure is man's greatest treasure
To say Jade is displeased would be an understatement. It's not that he cares about this detention tarnishing his record, no. He doesn't really care about his record. What he does care about is how it cuts into his studying time. He had just come across a particularly fascinating snippet on the nature of death and the soul...
(And besides, those Hufflepuffs had started it with their incessant chattering. They're like a less annoying version of Saphir, and nobody had ever really objected when he hexed Saphir. And it's not like he used a serious hex; he just sealed and removed their mouths. Easily reversible, if they knew what they were doing - and knew how to use nonverbal spells.
After all, what kind of first-year doesn't know how to use nonverbal spells?)
But someone had taken offense to his hex, and now he finds himself trudging to Professor Rammsteiner's office, growing increasingly irritated at the loss of his study time. From what he's heard of detentions, they usually entail doing useless, mundane tasks easily accomplished with a little creative wandwork. He's thought about ignoring Professor Rammsteiner's orders more than once, but he's also been told that it would just lead to more detentions and thus a bigger waste of time.
Oh well. He's here now. With one last irritated sigh, he raises his hand to the door and knocks.
"Professor Rammsteiner? This is Jade Curtiss."

"Professor Rammsteiner? This is Jade Curtiss."

"And you find that...wrong?" Professor Eichel says, a polite expression of doubt on his face. "I find that hard to believe."
no subject
But Eichel. While he'd been studying at Durmstrang, there'd been rumors that he'd heard, and students that left school and didn't come back.
"I think you're wrong," he says after a moment. "You did this to other students."
laughs at u
"But," he continues, "I make them an offer. I made sure they knew what they were doing. You, Heine, did you even talk to Jade properly? You've always been bad at words."
:'(
"I did." Heine watches Eichel's arm move, trying not to grit his teeth.
"And what do know about me?" He'd gone to school here years ago, and he'd never interacted much with Eichel. Tried not to, anyway.
no subject
But he knows better than to completely stop paying attention to the situation. Professor Eichel wants something, that much is clear.
"You were one of my students," Professor Eichel is saying. "I pay attention to my students - especially ones covered in such powerful Dark Magic."
Dark Magic? Jade's head lift, staring at Professor Rammsteiner.
no subject
At Eichel's comment Heine's gaze snaps back to his face. He's not surprised that Eichel noticed. Particularly at that age he'd had no control over what leaked out from the seal they'd tried to put on him.
"So what?" Heine crosses his arms. He wants to leave, and not deal with this. Not any of this. But he has to know how much Eichel has on him.
no subject
There's a slightly abstracted look in Professor Eichel's eyes as he meets Heine's red gaze. He's quiet for a moment, then his expression clears. "You want to know what I know, do you? I can make you a deal."
Jade's breath hitch as Eichel grinds the base of his palm against him, slow and languid. "Jade, move to the bed," the Professor says.
A little shakily, he sets the tea down and gets to his feet.
no subject
"Stop." He says, after a long moment of effort. "Fuck off. I don't want a deal with you. Stop ordering him around." Heine's looking back down at the ground, wanting something to twist or fidget with but finding no distraction.
no subject
It isn't really a matter of what he likes or dislikes. This is just business. He's minimizing distractions by satisfying his body's urges, and at the same time gaining knowledge that he needs.
It's just a matter of logic.
no subject
"I'm leaving," he continues after a long moment. "You can't do this to anyone else."
He doesn't mean to make it a warning, just a statement. Heine turns towards the door. If Eichel knows, then he knows—about him and Jade and the curse. He doesn't want to deal with seeing it anymore.
no subject
"Jade, hold him."
Hold him? Jade knows how to, of course, and he raises his wand, but he doesn't cast anything. Not yet. Raising his wand against Professor Rammsteiner is something he hasn't done yet, not in earnest, and in this case he isn't sure what's to be gained by holding him here.
"He shouldn't be able to get out with the locking charms in place," Jade ventures. "If you two still need to talk."
Privately, he thinks there's little to be resolved with words at this stage. A Memory Charm would solve things far more neatly.
no subject
"I don't have anything to say to you," he says, still facing the door. Heine doesn't turn around, waiting for either Eichel to speak or for Jade to release the charm, and he doesn't see Eichel lift his wand.
"Imperius."
Heine feels it hit him, but it's too late. As soon as it does, the sensation spreads through his back and up through the base of his skull, into his mind. It sweeps everything out in its wake.
His hand stays on the doorknob, but most of his muscles go lax and he sighs, leaning his forehead against the door. What was he doing, just now? Talking to Eichel and Jade, right, because he'd seen them kissing in the hallway. And it's wrong. He knows that. But what was he going to do about it?
Eichel beckons for Jade's attention. "It's easy, you see. Particularly with someone like him. Go on—" He gestures for Jade to go forward and investigate.
no subject
But he has to admit that it's effective. Jade does as he's bid, stepping closer.
"He's fine, is he?" He's not entirely sure why he's asking, but he voices the question out loud anyway. Just because it'll be more of a hassle than it's worth if the Hogwarts supervisor suddenly drops down dead.
no subject
In his mind Heine can feel it and recognize the touch, but it means nothing to him, not even when Eichel insinuates his fingers more firmly into his hair and pulls, causing him to lift his chin and look at Jade rather than down.
"You see? Now, Heine. As you were."
Immediately alertness comes into Heine's eyes again. What the hell... "Let go!"
"Ah-ah. Calm down."
This time, the direction works immediately. Heine blinks, and can't understand why he'd been uncomfortable in the first place. Eichel strokes the back of his head with his knuckles.
"Here. Touch him."
no subject
For once, Jade feels a little uneasy. He reaches out to touch Professor Rammsteiner anyway, a light pat at his shoulder, the gesture awkward and uncomfortable. Just as quickly, he withdraws his hand.
"I didn't realize how powerful the Imperius Curse could be," he mutters. "He's not aware of us now, is he? What's he thinking?"
no subject
"He isn't thinking about anything," Eichel replies. He touches Heine's neck again before drawing his hand back. "What are you afraid of? He can't hurt you now."
Heine stands where he is, swaying slightly before he recovers his balance and stands in place, looking at Jade without recognition or anything approaching it in his eyes.
no subject
He watches him, red eyes against red, frowning slightly.
no subject
"Heine, come here."
Without a word, Heine goes to Eichel by the bed. The latter touches Heine's head again, stroking his hair back from his face and easing him down to sit on the bed.
"Undress. Like you usually do."
Like you usually do. The words register for Heine, if through a murky haze. He sheds his dress robes first, posture changing from too lax to something more normal, his habitual tenseness returning to his shoulders even as he hangs his robes over the footboard. When his gaze happens to land on Jade or Eichel, it doesn't stay there for any longer than it would on an item of furniture.
His shoes and pants go next. Then he starts on his shirt. When he starts, Eichel intervenes, manipulating Heine's position by a grip the back of the neck to turn and face the wall, so that when he takes his shirt off completely the scar that stretches from nape to tailbone is visible.
"You see," Eichel says, voice calm and low. "The results of a curse. Now, Jade, come and look—you want to experience new things."
It's not a question. Eichel remembers Heine, though he knows less about the curse than he would've liked to pretend. Now, if he can learn about it and have his fun at the same time—that's killing two birds with one stone.
i decided the previous tag was too shitty
Professor Rammsteiner can't even recognize him. One simple spell, and his mind is completely gone. If he even had a shred of himself left, he wouldn't let Professor Eichel touch him like this, would he?
Would he?
Jade doesn't know. But the more he looks at Professor Rammsteiner, the more uneasy he grows. The Imperius Curse could be used aganst him just as easily. Then he'd be reduced to this, and obedient puppet. He needs to learn how to counteract it. He needs to understand it. He needs to...
When Professor Eichel calls for him, he hesitates briefly. But...what he's saying is true. He does want to experience new things, and Professor Rammsteiner's scar is very much new. New, and powerful; potentially useful.
Decision made, Jade approaches without much hesitation, slipping his shoes off then sitting on the edge of the bed, as he had before. Professor Rammsteiner is an even more unnerving sight up close. He looks like himself, and even some of his body language is familiar, but at the same time, he's a total stranger.
Jade keeps his hands to himself, not reaching out to touch the scar, although he does examine it closely. Then he looks up at Professor Eichel. "What sort of curse? Can you tell?"
no subject
And for the moment, he doesn't. Eichel leans over the two of them, inspecting the extent of the scar.
"It's powerful, certainly. He's had it since he was quite young." Eichel runs his hand over the scar, no hesitation in the contact. "He did already show an affinity for wandless magic when he was younger. Perhaps this is the cause." But, Eichel can tell, Heine has little affinity for resisting the Imperius Curse.
You want to be with us. Eichel's voice fills Heine's mind, because there's nothing else there at the moment. That's why you're here. You want to be intimate with both of us.
When Eichel's hands go to his shoulders, pushing him onto his back, Heine doesn't resist. Instinctively he parts his knees beneath his former professor when Eichel insinuates himself between them. He does want this, and... it's why he came into this room with them. So when Eichel touches him, Heine doesn't move, gathering his thoughts, trying to understand why he suddenly wants this but finding no reason except that he just does.
Heine responds slowly but surely, pulling Eichel down closer. He tilts his head back, baring his neck, when Eichel leans in and kisses his throat. Usually he doesn't react like this, but—you want me, and it feels—it feels good. Heine moans softly and spreads his legs wider.
He can hear Eichel talking, but it means nothing to him.
"You see, Jade, some people are more suggestible than others. The Imperius Curse is more effective with them," Eichel is saying. He sits back up and leans over, trying to kiss Jade too, even as Heine lies beneath him and watches.
no subject
"And Professor Rammsteiner is one of those people?" He asks, even if he's fairly certain of the answer. "I've never seen him so..."
He trails off, unsure of the correct word to describe Professor Rammsteiner's state.
"I've never seen him like this before," he finally says. Professor Rammsteiner has never been this way when he was with him. So receptive to touch, even initiating contact on his own, without that stiff awkwardness Jade had come to associate with him.
no subject
For someone who avoids touch as much as possible, Heine doesn't specifically dislike contact—only when it's in connection to people. But now, freed of worries and confusion, he accepts it, even when Eichel brings his hand up and pushes his fingers into his mouth. Heine sucks, ignoring the discomfort of Eichel pushing his fingers in deep and simply following when he lifts his hand.
"The curse can be resisted. Perhaps these are desires Heine already had." Eichel pats the side of Heine's face as he sits up. "Show Jade what you want," he says.
You want to use your mouth on him. Heine looks at Jade, as if registering him for the first time. His hands are steady, his movements confident as he removes Jade's belt and takes his cock out of his pants. He feels like he does want this, so for once he's not afraid to do it.
no subject
Then, suddenly, Professor Rammsteiner's attention is on him. There's something different about the way Professor Rammsteiner looks at him this time, an awareness in his eyes that wasn't there before. Maybe what Professor Eichel said was true, and the Imperius Curse had just helped lift off all the layers of repression Professor Rammsteiner had buried himself under.
Jade doubts it, though. Professor Eichel isn't someone to be trusted.
But his cock hardens anyway, spurred on by memories of the first time Professor Rammsteiner had undressed him. He had taken him into his mouth then, hadn't he? Jade still remembers the way his tongue had felt against his cock - dreams of it sometimes, in fact, although he'd never admit it.
"Agreeable, yes." Jade mutters. "This...Is this really fine?"
He wants it, though. He wants Professor Rammsteiner's tongue on him again, his mouth around his cock.
He just can't quite silence the nagging little voice that tells him there's something deeply wrong with this situation. Professor Nebilim...she wouldn't approve of this, would she?
no subject
"Didn't you ask for this?" The first time, Heine still remembers. Jade had wanted him to suck him off, or fuck him. He chooses the former (you want him in your mouth).
As Heine begins to take him in and move his head, Eichel positions himself behind them. He reaches into the drawer of his bedside table for a container of lube and squeezes a good portion of the contents onto Heine's ass.
"Try not to come," Eichel instructs Jade. "At least until I'm done."
no subject
It sets him at ease, just a little. Enough that he can accept the familiar but still new sensation of heat and wetness against his cock, tentatively curling his fingers into Professor Rammsteiner's hair. He's vaguely aware of Professor Eichel doing something back there, but his eyes are closed, and he can't see exactly what he's doing.
He can guess, though.
"F-fine." There's a little hitch to his voice. Professor Eichel always been direct, but being told not to come, just like this... It feels new. Everything about this feels new. Surreal, almost.
