Eichel is lounging, moving slowly to get another drink of tea (possibly with a splash of something from a flask) while Jade decides. He hums in acknowledgment at the answer.

"You may have to subdue again," he says, tone hardly warning, as he comes over to the bed. "And decide what to do with his memories. I haven't seen him in years, so I trust you know better what he'll respond to."

Honestly, Eichel does believe this, but he also wants to give the responsibility to Jade. He directs Heine to sit up, waiting for Jade to be ready before he removes his cast of the Imperius curse. As soon as he does Heine slumps in his seated position, eyes dim for only a scant few more seconds before he recovers awareness.
