He can see Professor Rammsteiner thrashing around - and then, nothing. He's simply gone, dragged underwater with a muffled splash.

He's alone. There's no one to help him.

But that's fine. That's the way it should be. He should be able to help himself. Jade struggles again, unable to see what's happening from the angle he's at, but knowing that something is about to happen, and soon. He goes through every curse he knows, every hex and protective charm, but none of it works.

There's something nudging at his entrance again, something much more solid than the sinuous curve of the tentacles that had previously been in him. It enters him slowly, teasing at his slickened walls, the slightest touch enough to send pleasure flooding through him.

Whatever the slick is, it's potent. And the creature is busy pumping more of it into Heine, a constant trickle of it down his throat and deep inside his body. For the moment, it keeps Heine underwater. This time, Heine might be able to see the truth of the situation: multiple ovipositors, all lurking underneath the surface of the water, all at the ready and awaiting their turn.
